Hades’ (Lord of the underworld’s) primary weapon and main source of power, the Helm of Darkness, has been stolen from the Underworld. Enraged, and knowing that he is the only one who can use its powers, he realizes that the only motive behind this theft is to weaken him. Anticipating an attack on the Underworld from Mount Olympus, he summons his demigod son and informs him of the situation. Hades knows that the helm would be hidden in a place extremely hard to navigate and reach, and there is no place harder to get to than the center of Daedalus’ labyrinth. Being the god of departed souls, he reaches out to Daedalus and confirms his suspicion. Since Hades is restricted to the Underworld, he decides to send his son to retrieve the Helm. Hades also gives him his weapon, a bident, to help him on his quest, as well as armor and a helmet.

In this game, the player assumes the role of Hades' demigod son and navigates Daedalus' labyrinth in search of the Helm of Darkness. He must familiarize himself with the space and the mechanics of the labyrinth, overcome traps and battle a race of cyclops that have inhabited these caves in order to proceed in the game. 

BeQuest is an RPG game that was made by me in collaboration with ujjwal parekh over a course of 3 months including conceptualisation

Character rigging and Animations : Autodesk Maya 
Texturing : Substance Painter 

The game was made using Unreal Engine 4.
