The idea was to form a group of two and understand the tools offered in Nuke. Most of the Nuke work was my contribution, I collaborated with my close friend Kyra Pereira and took some help from my friends for the shoot. I used Card nodes to place backgrounds for greenscreen footage, the backgrounds were created in Photoshop using simple photo-manipulation effects. I used the PlanarTracker, and the Card node to place 2D splatter illustrations of my subject onto separate 2D footage in Nuke. For my greenscreen footage, we set up a greencloth on our terrace and made sure we shot under dim natural light. Even though it was a really sketchy greenscreen setup, I found that using an inMatte and an outMatte over my greenscreen footage, other than the basic IBKGizmo and IBKColour nodes gave me a much better and neater result. We then used PremierePro for the editing and sound.
